Services of the Old Parlour House
The house sleeps 3 people, the main bedroom has a double bed, and a pullout sofa bed is available for extra guests.
We employ a no smoking policy over all the property in and around the house.
No pets area allowed except for guide dogs, please let us know details on booking.
For warmth there is a large stove in the living area and heating is provided for the kitchen and bedroom. Normal convention heaters are supplied for the bathroom and also the bedroom if needed.
Property Amenities
The kitchen has an electric stove, cooker, complete oven with grill, microwave, fridge freezer, washing machine and ironing equipment.
Living room is furnished with a couple of sofas with one being a sofa bed, TV, video player and patio doors extending in to the garden.
The garden is private and has its own BBQ area with garden furniture, private parking for a maximum of 2 cars.
The building is built in a country style and maintains its look and traditional feel from its origin.
Completely built from stone and natural materials.
The garden is enclosed with a wall and lush green grass, flowers and a number of trees all visible from the house through the living room.

The house has 1 bedroom, located in a rural area of Cornwall. Inside and out is fully furnished. Rental is for a six month period contact us if you want a longer let. Access to the north and south coast is easy via the A30. No pets and No smoking. Deposits are required, the house is currently available please check with us for more details. £500 per month and this rate includes all the bills. |
