It is only a couple of miles from the A30 to the house, it is on the main road heading up in to the main countryside of Cornwall. Surrounding the house are numerous beach areas, cafes, small towns and village attractions easily accessible with a car. The old parlour house is roughly 25 minutes to the nearest post office and pub.
Using a car can be a great help getting out and about around the old parlour, if you need to rent a car contact us or go to their respective website
Also 5 minutes more and you will be close to the local fruit farm in Mitchell and if you go further south you will find the Duchy of Cornwall.
