A unique barn renovation found in a quiet area of Cornwall on old disused farmland. Travel north and south and you are at the coast within a 2 mile excursion, during the journey you will go through villages and towns, which are popular for traditional ways of life and its surrounding beauty. Driving from the north you would only require the A30 exit at Arteriel road from which you take another 2 miles until you reach the front door.
The old parlour house was bought and renovated about 15 years ago, and then converted from a barn to a simple a luxurious cottage. Completely of stone and only on level throughout this house has a hall, a very large kitchen and dining room, a living room, fantastic bedrooms and an open garden to give you maximum fun and relaxation. We have this cottage to rent for long term stays only and we hope that you will enjoy the splendid scenery and area of Cornwall.
The accommodation is of a high standard and has retained much of its charm and rustic atmosphere along with the wide area views from the terrace and garden.
